How does the Creative Club work?

The Creative Club is a monthly membership that supports you in being creative on a regular basis.

Every 30 days, you receive 4 plotter designs of your choice from my shop, benefit from a permanent 10% discount on the entire shop, and get to see new designs before their official launch 💘 In addition, little exclusive surprises are always waiting for you ✨

Why are "only" 4 designs included?

The Creative Club isn't meant to overwhelm you with endless files, but rather to regularly provide you with fresh creative inspiration that you can truly use and enjoy 💘

30 days usually means 4 weekends – plenty of time to complete a new creative project every weekend ✂️ Plus, every cutting file is packed with time, ideas, and attention to detail, and can be used in so many different ways

Do my designs expire if I don't use them?

Yes, your 4 monthly designs are only valid for the respective month and cannot be carried over to the next month.

Can I continue to use my files after cancellation?

Yes! All files that you select and download during your membership remain yours. You can continue to use them for your projects even after cancellation – only access to new club files and benefits will end.

Is the Creative Club also suitable for beginners?

Yes, absolutely! The Creative Club is suitable for both beginners and advanced users 💘
The main idea behind it is to be creative more regularly and to try out new plotter designs in a very uncomplicated way. Thanks to the large selection, you can flexibly choose the designs each month that best suit you and your creative projects

Which payment methods are available for the membership?

Creative Club membership can currently be purchased using Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro.

As this is a membership with automatic renewal, only payment methods that support recurring charges are supported.

Please note: Services such as Apple Pay or Google Pay are not payment methods themselves. The decisive factor is the card stored within them. If the stored card does not support recurring charges, the membership cannot be purchased using that method.

PayPal, Klarna, and other payment methods can be used for regular individual purchases but are currently not supported for Creative Club membership.

I do not have a credit card. Can I still become a member?

Yes, in many cases, yes. 😊

Many modern debit cards are now what are known as debit cards (e.g., Visa Debit or Debit Mastercard) and can be used for online payments and memberships just like a classic credit card.

Just check your card: If you find a Visa, Mastercard, or Maestro logo on it, there is a good chance that you can use it to sign up for the membership.

Are the designs physical products?

No, these are digital plotter files for download.

Are the plotter designs allowed to be used for commercial purposes?

No, the plotter designs included in the Creative Club are intended for private use only. For commercial use, you need – just as with my regular plotter files – a valid commercial license.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. You can manage and cancel your membership yourself at any time directly in your customer account.

There is no minimum term and no hidden obligations. If you cancel, your access will of course remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that, your membership will end automatically and no further charges will be made.

This gives you full flexibility to decide how long you want to stay.
